How EdgeBoard handles account data
EdgeBoard stores the account information needed to operate the service, including email address, display name, password hash, subscription status, access-code history, and administrative audit records.
Payments
Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe. EdgeBoard stores Stripe customer, subscription, price, status, and event identifiers needed to keep account access synchronized.
Sports and product activity
The platform stores model snapshots, automated workflow records, tracked picks, results, units, and system alerts. These records support product operation, transparency, debugging, and performance reporting.
Security
Passwords are stored as password hashes. Subscription codes and account recovery tokens are stored as keyed cryptographic digests rather than reusable plain text.
Requests
Users may request account correction or deletion through the site administrator. Some audit, billing, and legal records may need to be retained where required.
